Avocado Chocolate Mousse 
+ Banana Probiotic Powder

It’s 4pm, the kids are running in from school begging you for an afternoon snack. Meanwhile, your morning coffee has long worn off and you didn’t have time to fit in a cat nap. So why not make something that you and the kids can enjoy as a pre-dinner pick me up? This simple five-ingredient Avocado Chocolate Mousse is sweet, packed good fats &, with a spoonful of Gryph & IvyRose’s Probiotic powder, you can support your tummies' good flora while satiating that sweet craving.

 

Recipe: Serves 2

Ingredients:

1 California Avocado

12-15 Dates

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

¼ Cup Cacao Powder

1 Tbsp Gryph & IvyRose Banana Probiotic Powder

¼ Cup Oat Milk 

Granola

Coconut Flakes

 

  1. In a large blender combine the avocado, dates, maple syrup, cacao powder & banana probiotic powder. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the oat milk and blend until it is a pudding consistency, you may need to add more oat milk.
  3. Pour the pudding into a mason jar or similar container.
  4. Top with granola & coconut flakes like Karolina or any other toppings of your choice!
  5. Enjoy immediately!
